My Review:

Characters

five-star-rating-md

A great, varied, and believable cast, all with their own strengths and weaknesses. Every single one was interesting, and I enjoyed watching them all interact as they were thrust into this situation.

Plot

Loved it. Horror and action at its finest. Every stop of the way things got more and more chaotic, and I was living for it!

Flow

A great, seamless story with gradual progression of the characters. Can’t get any better than this!

Overall Impression

This foreign film was recommended to me by someone on WordPress, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had the chance to watch this (Thanks Priscilla!).

Based on the blurb, you can tell what this movie is about, but it’s so much more than that. Every step of this dangerous journey was well thought out and executed perfectly. There’s an overwhelming sense of danger at every turn, and this ragtag bunch of individuals stuck on a train have to figure out how to survive together.

Each character was interesting, each plot twist was riveting. This movie had me on my toes the entire time, and I loved every minute of it.

I do disagree with a major development near the end, but with every other piece of this film being flawless, it really didn’t matter in the long run because I already adored this movie. Definitely watch this one, people!

Final Score

9.5/10
