Weekly Progress Update!
Good Morning Everybody,
It’s weekly progress update time again!
This week has been strange, ALL CAPS! I started the week thinking this was the week of July 4th, which threw me way off. I had some negative personal things occur this week, and that did slow me down for a day or two, but the worst is over, so there’s that.
That being said, I’ve still managed to get quite a bit done, despite the odds.
Books
On the reading side of things, I finished reading Randall Krzak‘s Dangerous Alliance.
I was fortunate enough to be a part of Randall’s blog tour (this was my first time being in a blog tour!), and overall the experience has been really great. If you’d like to check out my review of Randy’s book, you can find it here. You can also check out my review of the first book in his series here.
TV/Movies
On the watching side of things, I finished watching the first season of Outlander on Netflix.
I have to say, I was completely blown away by my experience and can’t wait to start Season 2! The only thing holding me back is the absence of Seasons 3 and 4 on Netflix. I kind of want to binge everything.
This one is a must see, people! If you’d like to check out my review, you can find it here.
My Writing
About halfway through the week, I finished the first act of my sequel to Reaper. Yay, milestones! After that, I’ve been working on going back and polishing the first act as well as jotting down plot events for the second act and trying to get that organized.
Also, thanks to a great friend of mine (*cough cough Victoria*) I decided to join Camp Nano this time around! I will go into this further in a separate post, but I am excited to do this again (it’s my second time).
As for my other works, sign up is still going on for the blog tour of my first novella Reaper in August.
If you’re interested in a free copy in exchange for a review, this is an easy way to get your hands on my work. Simply click here or check out R&R Book Tours.
As always, you can check out my debut novella Reaper here before the blog tour.
That’s a Wrap!
Well, that’s about it for me. How was your week? Did you do anything interesting? Do you have any great recommendations in TV, movies, or books? Feel free to share in the comments!
Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Sunday!
