WWW Wednesday
Good Morning Blogiverse!
How’s the world treating you this week? Well I hope. I’ve had a stressful week, so I’m looking forward to my weekend, enhanced by my third writer’s retreat starting on Monday. Anyways, let’s talk about books!
Every Wednesday I participate in a meme called WWW Wednesday.
This meme is a challenge where you simply share what you’re reading, what you’ve recently finished, and what you hope to read in the near future.
The meme is currently handled by Taking On A World of Words, and anybody can participate.
Simply read the 3 W questions below and answer them should you want to:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?

November’s brother, Gabriel, is the keeper of the family’s secret, and big brother is always watching, growing more sinister as his bloodlust gets the best of him. Directing his attention to Rocky’s family, Gabriel aims to make sure little sister knows who is in charge.

Opinion so far:
This is my current buddy read with Iseult Murphy. I have to admit, I did have a somewhat hard time getting into this book, but I’m about three quarters of the way through and am enjoying it. I mean, who doesn’t love vampires? I’m hoping to finish this maybe on Friday. Stay tuned for the review!

Want to know a secret?
Camelot existed, but it never died.
Nimue, Merlin’s ex-everything, is just an immortal witch trying to get by in this modern world. Too bad the past won’t stay where it belongs. Buried.
For the first time, read both of the Camelot Immortals short stories Legendary Debts and Grail Days in one book.
Legendary Debts: Merlin’s back and up to his old tricks. But Nimue is in his way and after revenge. It’s a witch vs. wizard showdown for the fate of a new Camelot.
Grail Days: The Grail has vanished and Nimue is pulled into a magical free-for-all to reclaim the powerful relic. Will she find it in time?
Magic is forever… and invariably brings trouble.
And no matter what she does, trouble always finds Nimue.
If you like strong snarky heroines, magic, and crazy adventure, then you’ll love these tales of Nimue and her friends.

I loved this two-part short story collection! Mythology, magic, and great new spins on characters from legends make this book a great read. Can’t recommend enough!
Book Review: Eternal Myths
Next on my TBR:
Opinion so far:
First up on the ole TBR is Mrs. Morris Meets Death by Tammie Painter. I saw this was a freebie in return for sign up, and since I’m already a part of her mailing list, I couldn’t resist. Humor and horror? Sounds like a match made in heaven. I have no doubt I’ll love this one.
After that I’m sinking my teeth into more Animorphs. This one doesn’t seem to ring any bells, but who doesn’t love some Marco?
After that … what? Another short story by Tammie Painter? Yep! Lately I’ve been fiending for more short stories, so that’s what I’m going to do. And no one can stop me, muahaha!
Last but certainly not least is another buddy read with Gigi aka the Beachy Reader. We’re continuing the Scythe series with book two! Can’t wait!
Wish me luck on my future reads!
That’s a Wrap!
Okay folks, that’s my WWW Wednesday for this week.
