Happy Halloween from yours truly!

Just a brief post, hoping that you are having a great festive weekend. I’ve been enjoying the fall air and connecting with friends. With the pandemic, things are a bit scaled down on my end, but it’s still been a really great time. Enjoy the day, and do something fun if you can!

As a brief update on grad school etc, I’ve been working extremely hard on my studies. It turns out that librarianship is so much more than I previously thought, and I’m loving every minute of it. My first semester is nearing an end, and I’m glad I embarked on this journey.

My writing has come to a screeching halt in this adjustment period, but I am hoping to establish a new routine with my limited time, even if it just means writing on weekends. I have a few short stories I can still realistically refine and get published, and I hope to continue creating dark worlds in my own time with the responsibilities I currently have. All we can do is try, right?
