I started Tender is the Flesh by Augustina Bazterrica pretty recently.
I’m a little nervous since I haven’t read a story with cannibalism as the theme before, but so far it’s had a lot of heart, so I’m hopeful.

I’ve finally gotten back to reading Home Ice by Olivia Lynd. I’m not loving it but I’m too stubborn to DNF it at this point.
Oh dang! Well hopefully it gets better soon. I’ve got some conflicted feelings about my read too. 🙁

Thanks! I’m right around 80% and things are picking up, but I’m not sure if this will be a 3 or 4.
Yeah I got 76% into mine last night and I don’t see it getting more than 3 stars if even that.
Dang, that’s rough. I guess it had to happen to us eventually. I was having such a good roll with my reads!
