What adventure are you getting into this week, book lovers?
For me it’s Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill.
The last thing I read of his was the Locke and Key graphic novel series years ago, so it was time I gave another work of his a go. I’m not far into the book, but it’s really good so far.
The inspo? I just bought a soul online and opened the box it came in. With any luck, this ghostie will be as sweet and harmless as Casper. 😈

Oh, that happened to me with Song of Achilles. Sat and my shelf for years and when I finally read it I had a V8 moment, d’oh! So far it’s really good but I’m only about 50 pages in.
