Series Review: The Witcher (Netflix)
Hi Everyone,
Alright, so as I promised, this is the first series review in the new year, meaning the changes are officially taking effect!
This is my first run, so it may take me a while before I settle on a format.
Going forward, there won’t be an intro, simply my review. I’ll rate elements to the series like Characters, Plot, etc and rate each of those with a simple sentence, then I’ll write maybe a paragraph or two on my general experience and how I felt.
Sounds easy enough, right? All right, let’s get into this review of The Witcher on Netflix!
Series Blurb:
Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts.
My Review:
Characters
Diverse, vivid, unique. Loved all of them!
Plot
Intriguing, plenty of twists, couldn’t get enough!
Flow
Nearly flawless, though the time jumps did confuse me just a tad.
Overall Impression
I absolutely loved this first season! The characters, the plot, the magic, wow! I don’t typically go for higher fantasy themed novels and series anymore, but this was well thought out and riveting from start to finish.
Final Score
9/10

I’m so glad you liked this show because it’s in my watch queue, and the trailer looked good. Oh boy, oh boy!
Haha, me too! It really is original and captivating. The action stuff is pretty great, and that last episode… talk about all the feels.
